hey, i bought this on a whim, not realizing how little time i have, and thus need to spend on projects i'm really into. i was told by a trusty source that it ran, briefly for him when he bought it. he stripped the tank inside and out, took apart carbs and cleaned them and have neatly packed away and labeled, plus rebuild kits for each one, and a new harness. it's rough cosmetically, but could be a fun project to tackle. it has an "open" title, meaning it's signed, and you can sign it and have it notarized by a friendly notary. let me know if your interested. i'm thinking $800 is fair, but i can be reasoned with and bartered with. i'm in Winston Salem, NC by the way. thanks, David
