Almost complete, missing a few fasteners. I have the trees/clipons/forks/axle/speedo drive/fender/6 pot tokicos/lines etc. No wheel or disks. $185 if you want a Danmoto micro digital speedo/tach I'll throw it in for another $50 ( they are $90 on Danmoto site )
