Been Around the Block
Have you had any death wobble with yours? My sister has a TJ and was getting some death wobble around 60 mph. I have never dealt with it before, but came to the conclusion her steering stabilizer was bad. Replaced with a BDS dual stabilizer kit and it made the thing drive way better.

Haven't experienced it yet. I've had it up to 70-75mph for a couple of hours before replacing that one, she was steady as a rock (even with both swaybar links broken). The main incentive for replacing that one was a worn out bushing that was 'clunking' when sawing on the wheel.

Underhood mostly cleaned up. PO had a radiator explode, and everything under the hood was covered in rustwater residue.

Did a 'Grill Forward' refurb. Pulled the bumper, steering box plate, winch plate, and bushing caps. Cleaned/scuffed/painted them. Replaced the swaybar bushings and all the mismatched/missing bolts. Changed the main mounting bolts to buttonhead allens to match the existing bolts on the bumper. Looking to clean up the winch next, if I can source some decals.

Finally got the jack mounted. Couldn't find a reasonably priced "off the shelf" product to mount it to the tire carrier. So I picked up a cheap ebay find for a JK and modded it to fit where I wanted. Handle isolator and bolt/wingnut for the top clamp will be in by the end of the week.

What started out as a simple "Let's re-mount fog lights on the bumper (the OEM ones were removed by the PO)", turned into pulling the winch plate in order to weld mounting tabs for the lights. Which turned into, "If I have to pull the winch off the plate, I might as well replace it with a new one (the old one has a cracked tie bar mount). Which turned into, "The new lights make the old lights look dingy", So the windshield mounted lights got replaced as well. Which ended with, "I never really liked the hood mounted lightbar anyway", so let's just take that out while I'm in here. So after a couple of parts orders and weekend of R&R'ing the winch plate/winches, welding, painting, mounting, splicing, rewiring, removing PO hackjob, and removing unloved lightbar... we now have "factory" fog lights again (and a mildly refreshed look to the front)
