2014 Spring Thaw - PRE GAME THREAD

I'll bring the go pro but I'll put it in a hand sewn cloth bag from Brooklyn. That way my rides will be a lot more legitimate and meaningful.

On a more serious note, does anyone have a 10x10 pop up canopy tent they are willing to bring? I've got one and Keith is bringing another. I'd like to have 1-2 more so we can string together a tent garage in the parking lot. I'll also bring a couple hundred feet of extension cord so we can get power/lights down there.

I can give Keith my 10x10 to take down there with him.

I'll bring mine with, though it's more the kind you'd put up at a campsite. Any real wind and it goes on a voyage if not staked.

Maybe we can recreate CCrider's profile pic

I have a 50 foot of lights

I fully expect Chris to take that 10 x 10 pop up and jump off a cliff down there at the gorge. Half way down, AC/DC will start playing from somewhere in the valley and he will make a perfect landing next to the river while a school of trout jump in applause.

That film may be Oscar worthy! Best director, best sound track, best photography, and best supporting actors (the bikes). But the lead actor lacked depth of character. Just not believable.

Went out for Chinese dinner this evening. Opened my fortune cookie and this is what it said:

"Ancient sites beckon you to hit the road soon."
