So just for fun, I'll do a "combined" post of 5 cafe bikes all in various stages of completion from basket case to done. So they are a 1966 Benelli 450ss Fireball (Restored) w 22 miles on it. A 1966 Benelli 450ss Fireball (Survivor) w 620 miles on it, untouched in every way. Pulled from a barn after 40 years of storage, cleaned carb, fresh gas and she started right up. Even has original Pirellis. Then we have a Ward's Riverside (Benelli) 1125L 125cc from 1968 2 stroke. Not running but complete, project. Then we have a Running survivor 1969 Benelli Sprite 125cc 4 stroke w the "power egg". Will be brought back to original condition.

Then my real basket case project but most valuable. A complete but in pieces 1967 Bultaco Metralla MK2 Model 23, 250cc 2 stroke. Being brought back to race track quality with a cylinder from a Pursang Model 68 and performance chambered exhaust. Full race fairing and a nice 932 Amal carb to get her down the track. Will post a pic of what this one WILL look like but it isn't there yet.

That Bultaco will be my favorite but in the worst shape to start of course. Have a lot of bits for it. After a sandblast on the frame and some powder, It'll start to come around.

You are going to be a very busy boy. Can't wait to see the Bultaco. I used to go to scrambles races locally and the Pursang was my favorite back then.
