72' or compatible cl350 frame and/or front forks

Just wondering if anyone out there has a titled frame for a 72' cl350? or other compatible frame

Having trouble obtaining a title for mine (in NC).

Also, anyone have a pair of forks that would work and are in decent shape?
Mine are in terrible condition.

Which forks do you need? There are 2 different styles, I have a couple sets of the external spring/ tapered top tube style if that's what you need...
