Nope (although the air/mixture screw is useful for tuning the low end)

I mean the NEEDLE that is on the slide. If you raise the needle up by using shims (washers) or by moving the clip DOWN on the needle if you DO have grooves that = more rich in the mid/high range. If you do the opposite and move the clip higher on the needle, you will be more lean in the mid/upper range. (only able to if you have grooves in the needle already)
