750C reshaped stock seat

leadfoot

If Satan lived in Heaven, he'd be me
Just got my seat back from the upholstery guy recently, figured I'd throw up a quick pic of how it looks on the bike.

I resculpted the stock seat with an electric turkey knife, had the upholstery done by so called "professionals", but that's another story...

This bike's my daily driver while I rebuild my '76 cb750f. Not really going for any particular kind of look, just wanted to slim the seat down while still keeping it two-up capable.

I was going to make a new seat pan but spare time is scarce these days, would rather spend it on other projects right now. Overall I'm pretty happy with how it came out, especially being my first time at bat with an electric knife. Going to put some +1 shocks on the rear and ride the snot out of it until I find time down the road to do a complete teardown/rebuild on it. Sorry the picture sucks, its the best I can do right now. Comments and criticisms are welcome, thanks for looking.

Thanks!

Yeah its good for two-up riding. My goal was to scale it down as much as possible while still keeping it comfortable for two people. Tried mixing form with function as much as possible but let's be honest, I didn't have much to work with lol. It's nothing innovative or even very good looking, but the bike is at least to the point where I'm not embarassed to be seen on it...that'll do til my other projects get finished up.
