81 kz550. first time builder

yea i'm alive. it ran fine for 3 months. other then being a little lean. but i got board of not working on something so i ripped her apart and started from the ground up. i'll post pics when i'm all done. or when something good happens.

but i may actually be starting a internship at J&B Moto Co in wrightsville, pa soon so i may get lucky and be able to do some cool shit

i got a bit set from my snap on dealer that is for cleaning jets and shit. it has a grippy holder 6 or 7 bits with it. i think it was 20 bucks

I got away with using my dremel. Drilled out to #79 or .037, haven't had a chance to start playing with it yet. But it was a hell of a lot easier to start, now for some adjusting. Any more progress on yours?

i'm just waiting to find a place to get it the frame and motor mediablasted. then get back and start mocking things up. build a another fiberglass seat and front fender. then sand and paint everything. itll probably be done by jan. just in time to sit in the garage somemore

this is veryy true. unlike earlier this year when i had 3 months to get it going. so i couldnt take it completely apart like i did on this build
