The face is one of caution. it was a mixture of uncertainty for the machine, not having ridden anything 2 wheeled in some time, and my hands were almost on my knees. im riding through.my ditch, back to the garage.
im going to order some higher bars.

just now i have flipped the clubman bars, which i dont like the look of, but it does feel a lot better.
the damn stock seat... the one that was in pretty good condition when i got it... feels great with the upside down cafe bars.
i should have left it alone. i'll see if my mom can reupholster it with some good new foam.

its slow as balls, but it feels sooo good for me to be on 2 wheels again.

no updates lately... ive been busy.
today a buddy, who has to be mentally ill, took joy in wiring up my electrical goodies.
also, i recently got a nice stock seat. ill get some assembled pics in the near future.
we also adjusted the idle today. a bent hard part on the throttle cable was keeping the rpms high.

a short video from today. dude on the bike is a true bro.

Did you figure out your seat issues? I've got a CM400 that I ended up mounting seat rails under the tank. Check it out, might give you some ideas...

mohabie, i like your cm400 a lot. i had another project, a dr250s enduro that turned into a cafe racer, that turned into a hideous, tiny dirtbike bobber thing. it had a little more of an actual seat then your cm400, but it wasnt quite as good looking.

i like the bmw you've got. i especially liked the little desk ring that you used. hilarious. thats what these bikes are all about.
