Very Nice Mark!
Is this the bike that appeared in Performance Streetbike about 10 or so years ago?
Cheers

I think it was about '93-4 Matt, it's evolved a little since then with rubber mounted engine, alloy big bore block and better head modifications, plus this exhaust is different, this is about the 4th or 5th variation on exhausts. I find it fun making stuff and trying different things, its really good when some mod works especially if its simple and low cost. It's got a lot more power now, especially different to how the motor came from the factory, to give you an idea; it takes 2.3seconds to go from 50 to 80MPH (On the data logger, with a gearchange, if I held first instead of changing at 75 it would be maybe .3seconds less,)compared to the stock 1970 BSA which took 7 seconds to get from 50-80MPH. If I had a time machine I'd love to go back and cruise past the BSA factory in the late '60s and maybe find a couple of testers out on the road, I think that would be fun, but probably not going to happen anytime soon.
