A Gentleman's Cafe Build

I know you think I fell asleep at the switch, but doing a lot of time consuming detail work. It's finally a roller. Wheels painted, handle bar mounted lots of painstaking billet parts polished, Caliper/master cylinder and drum brake rebuilt, new pads and shoes.

Working on the paint scheme now Synergy Metallic Green (2011 Camaro) Stellar blue pearl (Lexus) accent stripes. A bit of a bottle neck is the exhaust it came with a 4:2 aftermarket system. Headers are a little crusty pipes a little wonky looking. Not fond of wrap, but maybe.

No -- It requires moving the donut mounting pins. Not a mounumental task. Look in reply 21 pic 21. The new pins are slightly higer than the Honda ones. I drilled and tapped two studs then nutted up close to the frame and a spot of weld for security. Weld not necesry with nut, lock washer and locktite. The rear mount needed to be relocated used the Yamaha rubber cushion. Simply drilled a hole for a bolt.

Paint scheme - Well nearly done except for some details and of course the paint.

The blue tape represents the Lexus Stellar blue pearl dark blue painted area and above that the tank and seat cowl will be painted synergy green metalic - Chevrolet Camaro. Above the color line will be Honda wings in carbon fiber outlined in dark blue. Side covers - carbon Fiber.

I know it takes a lot of imagination
