Been Around the Block
Hello everyone, some may already know me from my honda cb125T cafe racer, but this is not my first bike...

First piece of junk i bought (at the age of 15): Mobylette kaptein from 1952, straight from the junkyard. put some new tires on her, a new spark plug and some new cables and other bits.

I became 16 and wanted something i could ride properly and ended up with this vespa PK50 XL2 from 1992

During the year/year and a half i worked on the black vespa i needed some transportation so bought this: vespa PK50 XL from 1986

rode it untill the clutch was almost gone, got the engine out and noticed the rear where the shock was mounted was rusted to pieces. got that welded up and got the whole underside rustfree and as good as new.

(don't have more pictures of the work done to it)

Then there came a time i got my driverslicence for 2 years. that means i can ride a 125cc bike!
Bought 2 hercules k125's. 1 with a locked up engine for pieces and one which was running more or less.

The donor bike (sold it to make room for the cb project):

Those are my 2-wheeled rides for now. It will stay like this for a while because if I buy any more bikes I get kicked out of the house...

Looks like you have the same problem I have, I can't seem to get rid of bikes once I buy them. Nice work on the Herc Looks good. The CB is sweet as well.
Welcome mate.

Thanks man, and I just don't want to sell anything because I don't really NEED the money, so I rather keep my 'engine powered money' in the garage then sell them to put it on my bank account... These bikes can only be worth more over time (unless I wreck them). right? ;)

Unless you are running out of space, and you enjoy all your rides, I completely agree. What is the point of having more money in the bank?
