Johnny Five approves of your headlights. If that's an adjustable brush guard/visor for them, it's like they are wearing cool shades..

johnny five that is it !!
thanks fo dat !!
yeah i been thinkin it looks some kinda robot ish and there it is
the shield is a bitchen shape,i agree ,i picked it at a yardsale fer 30 bucks
apparently way back early nineneties the yamaha dealers had them as a yamaha branded accesorie
for the VMAX IT WAS
i only added the carbon fiber beauty panels ,brass eyes
the mont is my own simple design repurposing a buch of hardware
the bracket under the light is a very trick military aircraft part i got a dozen at a surpluss yard
they are manual machined with the machinists signatures on the pieces

Shield is cool. All the mods are cool-to the extent that anything left stock on the bike is gonna look lame.

the stock sl fenders are the best shape ever in my ho,they stay unmolested original paint
sedona sunset orange candy i think.......orrrrr oh fuck oh shit what if its sedona orange sunrise ?
dont tell me thats all
can anybody out there paint that yeller tank sedona sunrise for me ?? lets i could do it but cant remember the 2 colors that make orange, red and black i think
anyway what year is it well it aint 67 on that other planet

winglets ,pre the ban ill get the shape to look a lot better just takes a few, step-backs to realign the brain cell

ah so0oo gotta get the chromed engine put together a concerted effort to actually clean off benches has been achieved ,no bullshit
keep forgetting that i need to get new aluminum chewers for my die grinder need to open intake ports and make room for ka slipper tensioiner ,so seeins how i cant remember to stop at local welding store i orded 2 just now both the single cut pattern 1/2" the football and the clyindrical with radiused ends been needing them forever
but no 'scuses ,can assemble the engine the complete bottom end anyway, roger and wilco
pipes i might as well throw some pipes together thats what the donor kz650 4 to 1 pipes hangingin on my bike lift are waiting for ....my mad oxy-ace skills
ill put a dumby empty motor up in the frame to get them right hope i dont scrattch the paint ....just kidding thats why they make rattlecans
the muffs i have already been using them, they are light and sound perfect sourced from the dual muffed 2007 crf250 ....8-10 more hp i should have will sound even better

CRF250 duals hmmm big hole on left. I sold a Ti set of FMF's with mega bomb header on eBay a while back

yes one has a bigger hole, i modded, from memory i opted for both small i remember rolling up a smaller core, stuffing it in and reducing an end cap outlet they worked bitchen for a 25 hp twin
it was all seat of the pants flow bench stuff ,i am going to relook at them ,the shape, sturdy construction, lightweight and volume of packing is what i really like about them (they were oem) besides the neartly showroom condition and CL price of 60$
but shaped ,perf-rated cores maybe in order perhaps a mega with reverse cone shape ,.of course i really have no idea how that needs to be sized

I got some carbide burrs from Eastwood, 6" long 1/4" shank, 1/2" head (I cut them down to about 4") 14 degree radiusefd tree seems to be just about perfect for motorcycle ports, particularly as 7 degree is about max angle for changes in airfow direction

im not actually attempting anything much more than what we used to call it blueprinting i have a nos small intake port sl 350 head and nos fat cam grind and nos valves the intake ports are at about 25mm-26mm at the inlet
i just need to match that to my 750ko nos carbs which are considered a 28 i think ,and i belive its a lot better carb than a vm mikuni
one reasin being the whole thing was designed for a 4 stroke and hence has the oval venturi =great throttle response
i am going to bet money the jetting is very close for the 350 which in my case is 168cc per and the sohc 750 is what 180 per
anyway make it what it was meant to be clean up ports to have smiith flow i may try hand at golfball dimpling in the intake though

i have read that the roof of the 350 intake port is where to go when larger the limit being the spring seat counterbores
so i will look at making up some offset spigot flanges

allright then what happened is a standback and evaluate moment
i realized i was tacking shit on that served not much purpose 'cept one ..i was inching towards almost conciously wondering outload if designing for it would be a head turner

so i am buckled down,, only functional improvment's like the final version of and first time evers seen ,adv-vinglet'a
za are zee vinlets like on zee V1

thanks yal;l a couple more shots of the front then shortly ill show todays progress
i put a dummy engine back in the frame again to make sure the tank mounts locate the tank high enough
i had a year ago mocked up thre tank with engine to verify viability of the aluminum tank, but did not do any mounts
what i have done with tank mounts is do it exactly as suzuki did on the PE/RM250
the bonus is it comes on and off with no tools and is held very securely
ill be showing the stringline for observing wheel track, its all set up and the method i employ is very simple ,easy
one lesson i learned is you better goddam well check the vertical plane FIRST BEFORE WHEEL TRACKS because if you don't like i did then you have to do the wheel tracks AND chain run all over again as mine was significantly whacked and like 1-1/2'' out on the vertical
but i had gotten the wheels inline at the bottom only along with the drive chain run
only to step back and feel that burn, man
i knew right then it was a colypsol oversight i literally could hare cried but instead i launched heavy shit across the shop for a bit, one piece is still stuck in roll up door

If this was built a hundred years ago... Smithsonian Mang

I used a mechanical ceiling laser to track the BSA N.S,E,W... looking forward to learning the string methodology. Likely same as my dear ole Dad taought me to align a truck after new front parts no dog trackin nope. also he taught me to count joint threads from a hacksaw mark then turn rods n ball joints back on the same turns to grt a close baseline. A Stanly 25er and pro tractor is always close by 8)

Grammar IS for pussy grabbers. ::)
