Wow this valve adjustment is being a pain. I adjusted my valves for the 5th time with the engine cold (per the honda manual), started the bike, and it idles great as normal... The valves are almost silent at idle, so I thought I finally got it right! Wrong. As I ride the bike around, the valves now start tapping loudly around 2-3k rpm, and this does not change as the engine warms up.
Anyone know what the heck could be going on?
