Adjusting valves 1972 cb350f

I've been looking for some sort of walk through or guide. This is my first time inside a bike motor and I'm trying to eliminate some things that could be burning the bit of oil I've noticed. I'm starting with adjusting the valves because I know they haven't been touched since some little asian man put them together in '72.

I've been googles walk throughs and searching forums just so I have more than my guesswork to go on. I can build a chevy 350 blindfolded but I'm not tearing apart this motor if I can't do it right.

Even a list of the steps and I'm good. Any tip off would be awesome! I'll be on google
