Aftermarket Carb considerations

Been Around the Block
For my cb200 a rebuild kit is about $20 but I found Keihin PE24 carbs on ebay for $50 (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320429694662). Its from Thailand but I'm considering taking the risk to get brand new carbs for only about $100 more than rebuild kits and all that cleaning/work. The PE24s are supposed to be a good replacement for the cb200.

The same carbs sold in the US cost about $200 each but come with a whole install kit.

From a beginner's perspective, is there anything I need to take into consideration if I order the ones from Thailand - should they be able to bolt right up with the cb200's existing hardware?
