AHHHH! When will winter end!

Ok so all day at work the sun was out it hit 7 C and I got home and a friend helped me shove the bike through the 4" of snow left on the lawn and get it to the driveway, I go inside and start grabbing tools and it F'n drops below freezing and starts snowing WTF! I might have been in the house for a half hour, so now the bike is under the cover in the driveway turning white! I was going to finish up the electrics tray and get the fresh tins and seat on and have it ready to go tomorrow. it is going to be warm enough to drive. Fuck, I hope the snow stops with enough light left or it will not get done tonight. I also need to clean it up because my last ride before snow I got caught in rain and mud and it is dirty. Too cold to wash it now the bloody soap will freeze. I had 3 weeks of riding in by this time last year!

RANT done - I fucking hate winter.
 
it is 70* here I am quite happy :D

Down side to nice weather, all bike work stops, as I don't want to down it.

Bastard! JK I would just have 2 bikes, one to work on, one to ride.
 
I hear ya Mike. I finished up this morning is was a little below freezing but sunny and beautiful. When my wife woke me up this afternoon it was snowing out.
 
I left Salina KS at +20 and landed in Edmonton in a snow storm.

The roads are clear except for the tons of dirt and sand left over but there is still 2 FEET of snow in the back yard trapping my bikes in...
 
Same here Maritime. I had my bike out on March 7th here in Newfoundland and thought we were going to have an early spring. Had it out another day after that and its been snowing ever since. Was nice this afternoon though and Friday is supposed to be sunny and 2*, may get a spin.

Here's a pic taken on the 7th, still lots of snow but the roads were clear.

That's an awesome picture Deacon. But it looks like you rammed the front tire into the snow bank so you didn't have to put the kickstand down.
 
oh man winter is never ending here! 2 weekends ago it was a beautiful 10-12 C out side all weekend so i brought the bike out changed the oil changed the battery was ready for another season 2 days later we get hit with 15cm of snow, couldn't even put my bike back in the shed....stupid winter.
 
Well Glad I not the only one pissed at ol mother Winter. Today, so far sun and 8* C and not supposed to have any rain or snow.....until tomorrow 15cm, but that should melt off fast. I will hopefully have the 2-3 hours from supper to sundown to get the bike buttoned up and ready to ride. I can then throw the cover over it for the snow and by next wekk, be riding. If I get it done tonight and it is still warm enough I will fire it up and run it around the block at least.

haha. I'm right there with you.

We had zero snow then last wednesday it snowed a good 5 inches. almost gone and another dusting today. Screw this
