Another new control switch question.

Been Around the Block
Good morning, after trying to find older but in good condition control switches for my 82 Honda cb900, I was debating picking up something different.

Not sure if those could work, but it's simple and sharp. I have new bars installed and everything else has been replaced but can this de done or is the wiring not going to work?

as long as they have wires for each function, i.e. turns, horn, kill and whatever else you plan to run, yes. you'll just have to pull up the wiring diagram for them as well as your bike to figure out what goes where.

What if they were pro tapered from 1.25" to 7/8"? Wonder if it would fit right

82 Honda CB900C is my first attempt of a bike upgrade

The taper reduces from the mounts out to the bars, so the bars are still 7/8" as far as the controls / grips are concerned.
