Antigravity UK customer care problems anyone?

Been Around the Block
Hi Guys,

Just wondered if anyone has ever had any issues with Antigravity UK customer care?
I recently contacted them about an issue with one of there batteries and the reply I received was aggressive to say the least.
Putting the blame down to "user error" before he had all the FACTS.

Comments welcomed.

I'm in the U.S. and I don't own a Antigravity battery, but I do have lots of experience with modern batteries and they can be fickle beasts to say the least. So whats your story?

Hi Sav0r,

Its not the battery I have an issue with it was the reply I got from antigravity UK. I know batteries can be temperamental if not used regularly. I was just curious to see if anyone else have had to deal with their customer service. I had an issue with it not holding charge and the reply I got was definitely not on the lines of "the customers always right" thats for sure. I don't think customer care is high on their priority list.

You're in the UK and you're expecting customer service? ::)

I'm pretty sure I was in Gregg's one time and the girl behind the counter spit into my vanilla slice while maintaining eye contact with me. ;D ;D ;D

Try and read all the post before chipping in with your 2 cents worth, or should that be 2 pence worth.

If it's under warranty, fight fire with fire.
I've had issues with companies that think they are extra special, but with the help of Twitter and Facebook they have all been quickly resolved.
Trash talk on there social media pages tend to open there eye's very quickly.

Treat your bike like a woman...care for her and respect her with everything you got....cause if you don't...that sexy beautiful little bitch will Fuck you up!
