anybody know if there's a way to fix a cb500/550 cam chain tensioner "slipper"

The one on my 72 cb500 is cracking at the ends and is well-flatted down the middle from wear.

There's a really good way to repair those. GET A NEW ONE.

All used ones have those cracks and all used ones are, well.. used. Long story short, buy a new one.
