That's the Nexx XG100. It's a great helmet. Nice and light, pretty quiet, good fit. I bought mine from revzilla. http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/nexx-xg100-devon-helmet

No prob. I think they're a Portuguese company, not sure where the helmets are made though. Probably china.
