crazypj made his own. they came out pretty sweet. you need to know your fork tube diameter and i recomend styles more like pictures 1 2 and 3 as the actual bars sit further forward and reduce the risk of hitting your tank. i had a set identicle to picture 5 but they hit my tank. and i had to go back and use filler like 3 times before i learned my lesson.
I was hoping someone would know where to buy a 36mm collar so I could just weld it onto a 7/8ths tube
(I don't have access to machine the parts)
I found some "double clamp collars" online but local would be better. something like these might work - just gotta find the right size / safety quality
Are they bicycle seat post clamps?
I doubt you'll find 36mm though (Kawasaki forks?)
The Chinese ones on eBay work OK
these say they are 7075, strongest alloy you can get
