Anyone have Dime City Cycles Dual Mini Gauge Console Bracket?

Bought one for my 72 but I don't see how it is supposed to fit onto the bike. The holes are too far apart to use it. Also the gauges say to use rubber mounts to prevent vibrations. What are the best mounts for these?

Im pretty sure you need the aluminum top triple tree DCC sells in order to use this, not sure about the rubber though.
