Anyone recommend a excellent upholsterer?

Please see pictures below. I am in the process of making a seat pan and looking for a really good upholsterer that can make the leather seat exactly like the one in the pictures shown below.

Before I make the seat pan I would like to work with the upholsterer to make sure I make the pan that would best suit his/her needs when covering it. I live in Northern New Jersey. The upholsterer does not have to be in the state, but great if they are in the tri-state area (NJ, NY, CT, PA). Would like to see leather swatches. Nonetheless, I would ship the pan out if it meant getting a better job. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Dark Dog Customs did mine. Good communication making sure we were on the same page. I was surprised because I had a thought to stitch a seam don the middle of the seat to match the stripe on the tank/tail. When I called he told me he had the same idea and had already done it, wow. I sent him my seat pan and the material with a panel already embroidered and said have at it, surprise me.
