Been Around the Block
saw most of last night's Top Gear - challenge was to ride the 1000 mile south-to-north route (Saigon to Chinese border) on bikes.

Pretty entertaining I must say.

yep, it was hilarious ;D

i felt sorry for the vespa though :( the way it was being treated, i cringed every time clarkson dropped it instead of using the center stand
 
yeah, and how does Clarkson know all the words to that song? that shit had me crying....

bbc 264 on directv and about 7 pm on monday, this show was the season finally though :)

Yeah, my brother was in London over New Years and he saw the Vietman episode while he was there. I've been waiting for it to air here. I got it Tivo'ed but haven't watched yet.

I'll tell ya... the torrent episodes are of better quality than the BBC Canada/US broadcast. Probably recorded from an HD source in the UK. I notice quite a difference when playing back on the same TV/Audio setup.

probably a dumb question, but how do you use the torrent. I downloaded it, and it was a 14kb file. The other secure download feature wants you to sign up, is that the only way?

Install uTorrent... it opens the 14kb file and starts to download the actual files.

You will likely benefit from determining the port used by uTorrent, and the set your router to forward it to your computers local IP.
 
Where does TG air over here? I usually end up watching it on youtube.

The episode where they drove the $500 cars across the southeast had me rolling on the floor with stomach pains.
 
thanks, I guess I dont get torrents, I installed utorrent, and its currently downloading. But its also uploading something. Why is that?

Its like a p2p program. Someone else is taking the parts of the episode you've already downloaded, multiple sources.

I think BBC is the only place to watch it.

The US one was great... but I think they scared themselves silly with the messages they painted on Richard's truck ;D

US Stig was a hoot... but not as funny as African Stig. Still dissapointed they didn't do a Inuit Stig when they did the North Pole Race.

Nothing makes me laugh harder than Top Gear... nothing.
