Thats wild! Look @ how much "run-out" is in the chuck of the 1st video! It's maybe close, But I wouldn't think it would be "square" because of that...? Though I am no engineer.

That's not run-out, the cutter is being "cammed" so to cut the flalt sided holes.

Oh shit, your right... For a second I was thinking, "My shitty drill press has tons of run-out, maybe I should start drilling square holes instead of oval ones" ha ha...

There was an article on drilling square holes with triangular drills several years ago in 'Model Engineers Workshop' magazine.
Went into a lot of detail over 2~3 issues
