Attaching new glass seat?

Hey all,

I'm getting ready to undertake the project of fabricating my own 'glass seat. I've read a few threads where people have done it and it looks fun to try.

One thing I haven't seen, however, it how people get them attached to the frame afterward. Do you just drill holes for some hardware or is there a "better" way to handle this?

It's more of a case by case basis. From using the factory mounts, velcro, nuts and bolts, etc.

If you are going to drill holes to attach it to the frame i would recommend glassing in some metal washers between layers for support
