Ok, I know everyone has had packages late, damaged etc from every shipping company out there. Ontrac who is used by a few places selling bike parts has been the worst I have dealt with recently. Multiple packages coming through them have had tracking updated daily for a week or longer saying "unable to deliver, will redeliver next business day". I work nights so I'm literally home all day, they never even attempt delivery. Then I've had 2 packages marked delivered, but they weren't, they showed up 2-3 days after saying delivered.
Right now I'm waiting on tires that should have been here last week, but for no explainable reason were "held in warehouse". Now it's doing the reattempt to deliver crap. I even contacted them about it, and have yet to even get an email back.
I know fedex and ups are terrible at updating tracking, I've had packages show up when tracking hasn't updates since they picked it up. But I would prefer that to a company that doesn't even try to deliver stuff in a timely fashion.
So moral of the story if you are ordering from a place that says they use ontrac, pay extra to have it shipped through a more reliable company.
