battery for a CB350 cafe project

I have started a 69 CB350 twin cafe project. I plan to put a battery in the hump behind a solo seat. The stock battery is too large. What are my options ?? I will be running a headlight, and I want to retain the electric start capability.

OK another one while I am thinking about it....
I am looking for a clutch perch (no mirror mount, and no electronics)
but I want to keep the stock lever.


any ideas what will work?

i'm using the full spectrum lithium ferrous battery, the smallest they make and it's smaller than a softball. works perfectly with my headlight, acewell gauge, led blinkers, tail light and electric start.

The Shorai batteries are out of stock. I think they got a bad batch, I heard they had a tendency to catch fire. Don't know for sure though.

I have the shorai battery in all my bikes and they have worked flawlessly thus far. Small, light, and way more professionally built than the standard A123 type batteries flooding the market.
