Best and/or quickest way to strip and prep frame for paint

Ringo, nice call on the speedblaster...Cheap and does a better job than any sort of grinder...The first frame I did I spent four hours with a box of 3M scuffing disc...Sucked pretty bad...Speedblaster or just a sand blaster if you know someone with one is the best way to go...
