My brother and I tried to get it started today. (I usually work on the bike during my lunch break) he has a big ass jump starter. All the switches are working and the headlight/taillights work just fine. It turns over, and gets spark but the dam petcocks were seized up. So I'll give it another go tomorrow.
Those air pumps almost never work. I have one too. The tool roll is worth $100 on its own, but NEVER sell it. It has just about every tool you'll ever need to work on the bike in it.
Careful with the petcocks. They're rebuildable but the plastic spigots out the bottom are fragile. Hard to tell if yours go straight down or are the 90 degree type. The straight ones are difficult to find these days.
Oh and there's a cross-over fuel line that passes through the airbox. If one petcock plugs or whatever the other one passes enough fuel to feed both carbs.
