were the cylinder block fins ground/cut down so they were all fairly uniform.. then some alloy fins were cut out of sheet/plate to the dimensions of the original fins....then slid down the block and tig'd from the bottom up??
this has to be one of the best mods ive ever seen to get a unique and original looking motor.... ide love to know more.

BTW thanks for cross posting the specs as they are pretty much similar.
All but the weight is about 5lbs less than the cafe.
The carb is not 36 it's 34 on this bike.
Front and rear brakes are TT500 magnesium
and the paint was done by Brian Loker

and don't worry my man I can't open a shop to sell bikes cause I love 'em so much I'd never sell it.
