Brake pad/shoe upgrade

After doing some searching (which I admittedly am not great at) but I couldn't find anything about doing a simple brake pad upgrade. My bike is a DOHC cb750k, and all I've really been able to find are OEM pad replacements. Personally I'd be interested in knowing what pad/shoe upgrades might be available for my bike, but at the same time I would think others might be interested in such a simple stopping upgrade as well.

Any thoughts?
