Brand new 69 Mustangs!

I think the concept is pretty cool for the retrobuilts, but the execution of the vehicles look a little wonky and off when viewed from the side.

I'm a huge vintage Mustang enthusiast ('66 owner since '91) but these over-priced and over-the-top 'retros' have pushed ownership to exclusivity levels ... the Mustang was never supposed to be about that.

Working on my '70 bodyshell that will be a track-rat T/A Boss 302 clone - and it'll cost a fraction of one of these things.

Agreed! Anyone know how much these are going for?

yeah, I gotta agree with mikey here. While cool, they are just butchering a new car to look like an old one. If i had the money I would just spend it on a solid donor car and buy some awesome parts out of the Ford Motorsports catalog... New 5.0 Coyote motor anyone? mmmm yeah!

I always get nervous when something "comes with a certificate of authenticity". I mean its a copy. How can it be authentic? I suppose if you don't like it you can return it for a full refund (less S & H).

My favorite mustang would probably be the 69 shelby gt500, I would get that or something close any day before a new ''muscle'' car.

Hey Rat,

I've got a bonafide 1968 Mustang with your favorite 200 6cylinder engine and auto tranny. All the body parts are original and nobody has ever been inside the engine, transmission or rear end. No rust and (are you ready for this???) It ran when I parked it... ::) I'll even let you have all of my ex-wife's purses and shoes so you'r wife won't pitch a fit when you bring it home ;D
