Re: Bridgestone M2/SS 200cc Motorcycle The Restoration Is Complete!

I always thought Bridgestone made great looking gas tanks. My first bike was a Bridgestone 90 circa 1966.

Well it looks like all the hard work from Joe and the countless hours of searching for parts has paid off. The goal was to have the bike completed for the Larz Anderson Museum Japanese Day which was last Sunday and we did it! She pulled in and turned a lot of heads on her way to win Best Bike (people's choice)! This is my first award at the Larz Anderson Museum and I have been goingfor years. I am beyong honored to be part of the DWMS family and share the dream of owning such a beautifully restored bike built by Joe.

This goes out to Joe who I know will enjoy this photo!

Brother Casi I am truly honored that you allowed me the opportunity to work with you to help craft your beautiful vision for this motorcycle, I could never put into words how much it means to me that you put so much trust in all of us during this restoration. Working with you on this build has honestly been a very rewarding experience, Thank You so much for all of your support and for being such a proud member of the DWMS Racing family and most of all for being such a good friend and Brother!

Congratulations on the award from the Larz Anderson Museum show, you truly deserve it! She waited a long time for you to find her and return her to her former glory and I am so very proud to have been a part of that and to hear that the award was also a peoples choice award makes it that much more special! I know she must be standing proud!

I love that photo of you with the Bridgestone and the trophy, I will definitely frame it and display it proudly!

As for all of our Brothers here on DTT I can not thank you enough for all of your kind words and support during this build, as always they truly mean a lot to everyone who worked so hard on restoring this bike and they truly are an inspiration to me!

Congratulations to both Joe and Carlos!!!!
I foresee that this is the first of many trophys to come for such an outstanding restorations.
Enjoy it!!!!!!

Good Morning Joe,

Sorry for the late reply as I just got back into town after some travel.

I can not say enough for how outstanding the overall experience has been amongst all of us during this beautiful restoration of such a unique bike. The craftsmanship is not only top notch but your customer service is beyond anything I have seen before. I look forward to continuing our passion for builds together and more importantly building on our strong friendship which we have developed over the Bridgestone build. You have truly broke the mold here Joe, and helped confirm that there are still genuine craftsmen who honor loyalty and satisfaction of ones customer over financial gains. I am beyond happy with this project and will continue to support the DWMS racing family as much as I can!

Your friend,

CASI
