Build my own ultrasonic cleaner bug enough for fork legs and carburator rack.

Ok,

Just so you know if I miss something please TELL ME.

My goal here is to build a rather cheap ultrasonic cleaner with super power AND big capacité.

I already have a quote for a 20L that has a heater 8X 50watt transducer for a total of 400w of cleaning power + heating included size of basket is 500mmX300mmX150mm. all that for a total for: 430$ shipped.

OR

I could build the same size one with those parts:

12X 50W transducer 265$ total
Ultrasonic generator 600w: 150
Around 36$ to get a mesh basket for the inside of the bucket:

14$ for the cover
28$ for a 6" deep Steam pan

40$ for a 61/2 deep spill pan

- 125$ of gift card I have

all that for a total of 408$.

Now should I just go for the one at 430 heated one? Or should I just build mine which will have more power?

I could build one and just put 400w generator with 8 transducer...

Lol... yeah but mine won't have heater... well an aquarium 500W heater dosen't cost much

I don't know much about the design of ultrasonic cleaners, but I imagine your design is sound as long as you can figure a good way to mount the ultrasonic generators in such a way that they can transmit their energy
