Building a CB100

Just looking for information or a site to educate myself on working up a CB100 enginee. I want to leave th displacement at under a 100cc, so what can be done to up the performance. Ive been on 2 strokes but have no background with the 4 stroke. Thanks for any help

higher compression, "hot cam", better flowing exhaust, potentially bigger valves and porting of intake and exhaust ports - and then adjust properly sized carburetor to make it run at full potential. 11hp would be an achievement...

I have no clue what kind of hop up parts are available for cb100.
