callmenames, I hope you bought yourself a full face lid after that.
I sleep better by telling myself that is theatrical make-up. ::)

Thanks everyone for the kind words. We worked hard on this project and I think it shows. I hope it does anyway. I know I said I would put some finished pics up but I have been busy getting our line of parts sorted. We will be offering a lot of the stuff you will soon see on this bike aftermarket. We have v-stacks, engine covers, seatpans, tanks, headlights, triple trees, and lots of other stuff. Our goal is to start with the Honda 750 then the 450. We intend on making parts for several bikes including Kaws and Suzuki. So stay tuned to that. Anyone on this forum who thinks they have a part that would be in big demand and is hard to get pm me. I will see about making it in the future.

Thanks for looking guys and gals... Any comments or advice is welcomed.

There are piles of 350 twins around here. May want to add that to your future parts making. Can't wait to see what you've got.

The wheels turned out great!

Any plans for the rear suspension? That OE swingarm will be a source of lots of flex, especially in comparison to the USDs up front. Plans for the shocks?

If anyone here is willing to part with some old 350 twin engine cover parts. It will speed up our progress in making them. I will send them back of course. We need them to take measurments from so we can cut parts. Any givers?

Have you done anything with the frame's geometry? That triple has way less offset than the stock, could be pretty twitchy.

Stunning build, with some very cool one-off tech. Love very bit of it, thought I'm maybe a little iffy on the headlight...

The triple tree is our own design. We made it and all the other parts on the bike including the wheels. We have talked about making a rear swing arm. We have not decided on how we want to go about it. Will it be machined from solid billet or will we weld something up? It has to be different and better than whats currently available or we have no reason to build it.

The fork on the bike does have a slightly shorter rake. Thats ok we shorten the the trail some. Its not like the stock geo was super quick steering to begin with. I am happy to report its rides fantastic.

That is not the best shot of the headlight. I assure it is very nice. It has an HID kit installed and the light is crazy bright.

I finally have a couple more pics I will post. I am currently typing from my phone. Sorry for any poor spelling.

I forgot to mention that the rear shocks are not stock. They are made by progressive suspension. They work very well on this build.

Since we're all giving 'advice'...hehe...
I'd avoid a solid billet awing arm, it'll be heavy and flexible (as you know I'm sure) unless you plan to 3d mill it which would be trick as hell. I haven't seen any of your welding fab, but had I the opportunity I'd fab out of sheet as you can make it strong and light that way.
Advice really IS worth what it cost though huh?
