His name is Yoshi Kosaka. Probably one of the most influential bike builders today. He has a shop called Garage Company...do yourself a favor and check out some of his work. Here's a link to his site: http://garagecompany.com/
Yeah - just saw it online at A&E - didn't know they aired the shows online - I watched season 1 on Netflix. Wonder why he was on. Maybe an upcoming episode will have more to show us.
Because he's Barrys boy. Ever notice how Barry often wears a "Salinas Boys" shirt? Its because he is tight with Cole Foster and his dad (famous Cali drag racer/car builder). He also owns several VERY high end custom cars and bikes. Im not 100% sure who Barry is, but I know hes friends with the founders of So-Cal Speed Shop and Mondo of Denvers Choppers so he must be a cool dude.
I watch storage wars often... Barry comes off as a tool in most episodes, nearly kills himself and breaks everything every time he gets in to a locker. He does seem to have a lot of famous friends. One epsoded he was hanging out with someone from aarowsmith and the last one he was hanging out with the drummer from the police. I wonder where he got all his cash to blow.
Barry was in the produce business with his brother(s) until a few years ago when he retired. He's an avid antique collector, and has some of the sickest toys on two and four wheels...color me jealous!
