What percent of vintage bikes, especially Japanese, currently for sale on Craigslist have somewhere in the title or description, "Café Project" and then the seller goes on to say, "I started this project and lost interest" or "I don't have the funds and time to finish . . ."

I'd say 33% is a safe estimate.

Street legal wheelie bar my friend. Accelerate as hard as you like and it can't wheelie. Well not until the swingarm folds up and then it's a world of pain to add to the embarrassment.
