Lolololol that is a good one. I remember the dog whining during the rope removal.

Certainly looks like $800 bucks worth of Kawi to me!

I tried to buy this bike, and quickly, but no response from the guy. I expect that bike sold very quickly. Just the exhaust, clean tank, rims and carbs are worth that money. Never mind that the head has been rebuilt. I would love that bike.

Never even knew this model existed. I may need to put it in my search from now on. I like that early street fighter look.

"No time to finish." I wasn't sure he had started. New coils I guess.

When the seller says "new coils" he's probably talking about the rattle snakes that were coiled under and around it where he found it out in a field!

Well, at least the price is not outrageous. I have seen similar bikes adverted in the Toronto area for stupidly expensive asking prices like $2000. People think vintage bikes are worth far more than they actually are when in that condition.

This seems like a pretty reasonable deal. Looks fantastic. Nice exhaust, lots of newish paint.... head has been worked on.

Any thoughts?

By the way, this bike is still available and I am heading over to see it tomorrow. If it looks anything like the pictures indicate and he will move $50 on the price, I am taking it home.

I smell a divorce coming. Hopefully my wife likes the green colour.

Haha I guess to me $800 is an outrageous price. That may just be due to the fact that ive gotten alot more for alot less... I would think $200 isn't an outrageous price

Here ya go, fellas. A water buffalo with Benneli tin. I contacted the fella yesterday and it's still available.

I call BS... $200 wouldn't pay for the head work, if that Kaw is solid (if) and the pipe is good it wont take much to be roasting a fresh Dunlop on that thing... if you can get away all in for $1500 and be cuttin wind with yer face... priceless.

The wife is his biggest issue haha I get permission these days because I just hate cold forgiveness

Forgiveness is a cold meal to eat... fine the $50 don't go unprepared!

Well said.

He told me the bike is running but he needs the cash, has other projects on the go, and just wants the space in the garage. We shall see. I love the big old Kawi's, though I am still a Suzuki man at heart. If I ever find a minty 85 gsxr750, I will remortgage my house.

We are talking about two different bikes my friend. I was referencing the "farm fresh" $800 cb350 that I posted a link to earlier on here. I would agree that the kaw is well worth the 8 bills
