Actually looks a little like a ratty take on the Gurney alligator, those supposedly handled very well and went like stink. That 'air rider' on the other hand, I don't think so.

That ratty bike has no ground clearance. It can't take a normal corner without grounding out.....unless you think not being able to turn "good handling" it can't handle at all. The alligator had normal groud clearances it handled (could turn)
