Yep, I know the LISTING said so, but I don't always take everything in a CL listing as fact. Thanks for the info though

A 20 second Google search would have told you all you need to know. I would have certainly done that before ever entertaining the thought of buying something.

Goodness man, forget I asked. I usually just come up with a bunch of other forum answers on a Google search, so I figured I'd ask THIS forum where I value most people's knowlege. If it burns you that I asked, you didn't have to answer.
 
Don't take him too seriously hurco I saw a post from him on caferacer that pretty much calls this site and everyone on it retarded. Since then I've ignored him.

For the record, the MR Elsinores are better to have. And that bike has no lights, despite what he says. Have fun sorting out the wiring if that thing has had it all removed. Usually guys yanked the lights when shit starting fucking up on them.

Good to know man, thanks. The lack of lights are what prompted me to ask the street legal question in the first place. Well that and the overwhelming ignorance I seem to possess.

No you didn't, you did say stuff about a bike Honda never made. The Elsinore was a CR250m. Looking at the pic of the Ohio bike it looks like an Elsinore to me. It also doesn't say anything about lights in the listing.

It says street and trail. And Honda did make an MR250. If you go to http://www.honda-elsinore.com/, you will see they have a forum for the CR, MT, and MR

The "overwhelming ignorance" comment wasn't meant to be directed at what deviant had to say about the wiring, more my ability to use Google haha.
