"Cafe Racer" such a loose term! Craigslist "Gem" of the week!

Pipes look like Factory Pipe Products and were basically Toomey pipes and were stamped. Top end pipes.

ross liberty (owner of factory pipe products)made pipes for everybody in the aftermarket. the pipe builders that sold volume ,a lotta pipes
90% of them in the industry back in the day had ross at fpp take over for high production numbers stamping pipes out in haves and most of the customers would final fit and weld back at their owen facility, but the metal smashing all went on there in ukiah at fpp
ross and i paired up a few times back in the day (starting same minute)racing enduros
i used to be able to get any pipes for dirt cheap just had to fit them and weld 'em up but its pretty amazing how well they fit together considering the pre steam age metal forming methods used at fpp

....as long as you have lots of money

Kind of a bargain. To build it with everything listed, I would guess it would cost at least that... labor would kill it if hired out.

He should of had a detailer do the clean up and a better shutter bug for pics, the think is filthy and what's up with the blue masking tape

I thought that too. I'm thinking they're tie down straps. Looks like it was just rolled out of that trailer in the background.

Honestly you probably couldn't build it for less. Issue is that the mods are subtle and meaningful, so most don't value them.
It is very poorly presented and listed. Might be why it has not sold. Been listed for more then a year.

Good to know since I have a similar bike, wheels, fairing but with more labor in the tank and details.

EVERYTHING is custom made. "Brutal" is actually the most correct term he uses in that ad.
