That IT490 would be all kinds of fun.

i made it about 30 miles of an 85 mile enduro on one,big blue 490, before it bucked me off down a steep rocky slide and broke its own handlebar clean off :-[ :-[

Where are all the old dirt bikes coming from? I love that they are coming out of storage and the backs of garages and finding new homes. Not good for the environment perhaps but a whole lot of fun and I like a little bit of wicked in my life - we all need balance.

Reusing the old bike is way better than manufacturing a new bike to replace it. 2 stroke or not.

HAHAHA
"runs good, has lots of power ,too much that is why it flipped over back wards an torn rear fender an muffler off"

^^^^^^^^ that is so dirt cheap, and assuming it is not actually bent i'd have it. the bars will be stuffed but they'd be the first thing i'd change anyway. they look so much better with no back guard anyway, mines long gone. theres plenty of aftermarket pipes that improve the running and look better too, supertrapps are great, look like a scaled down version of stock and tuneable

dunno about turning it into a café, though there are aftermarket frames to turn them into a full on sportsbike with all the correct geometry and such

there is also, somewhere out there, a monster sized trailmax which could be the scariest bike in the world, 120+ HP on knobby tyres in the dirt, i'd try it but you'd want to be wearing brown trousers in anticipation. I've also seen CB900 and Z1300 trailbikes

I already have a 40 year old version of that ::) Whoring again!

I'd rather have the old one. $184,000 for a bike with 101HP, that revs to 9,400 RPM on the US model. My 94 CBR600F2 puts out better numbers than that.

Not Craigslist, not a Cafe Racer and this price will go up but these don't come up often.

Where should this be priced? I have some interest, but for what I want it for I don't know if I want to pay that.

looks like youll have to pay bidding undr 3500 would likely get a no

this is another one worth a look http://newyork.craigslist.org/lgi/mcy/5872992375.html
