this valve i speak of would only effect hi-speed damping,as in a hard, heavy, quick load
but i wouldn't bother they only have 68mm travel that's less than 2-3/4"
1-1/2"+ less than a quality made aftermarket shock and less than any stock shock
you see they are using one shock body and shaft size and just changing the length of the mount end for to fit a range of lengths
it is a smart way to do it cost/production wise for them but the customer is getting the short end o the stick
