"Cafe Racer" such a loose term! Craigslist "Gem" of the week!

Yep, just checked it out, pretty unique. Biggest drawback is size- takes up half a garage. Would be perfect on a farm as a utility vehicle.

The seat might be "cosmetically perfect" but certainly not aesthetically so.

Exsqueeze me? Baking powder? That's gotta be one of the most ridiculous prices I've seen on this thread. Gorgeous machine, yes. But damn.

Also, you'd think the subframe would be welded on and powdered to match for that much bread.

That bike is awesome, not 17K awesome, not anywhere near 17K awesome, but awesome nonetheless.

I've seen this bike in person. It's quality is amazing and the attention to detail is nuts. No comment to the price, it's up these but it's an amazing machine.

+1
For sure that seat is going to break!
I can't even claim form over function because its fugly as well!

Obviously a lot of engineering expertise went into that bike.... All you haters adding bracing and reinforcement. Obviously it isn't needed. ::)

Look at that exhaust system....Real thought went into that...it's not like someone just took a hacksaw and cut off the pipes...oops, never mind ;D

Theres a lot to be said for having a choice of rear brake torque arms

More pics of it "finished" are coming soon... Can't wait! I can't decide what will fail first, the swing arm itself at the designed in hinge point, or the sure to be just as bodged shock mount. I'm thinking the top shock mount failing would be particularly surprising to the rider!
