So, its a "1964" frame. The engine along w every other part of the bike is brand new. ANd that qualifies to be advertised as a 1964 Triton and its worth $24.5k ?

AND it is a reproduction frame, not a '64 Featherbed.

WOW I didnt catch that part!!! So nothing 1964...yet its a 1964.

I have a 2008 Honda Fit in the driveway. Honda claims they never made a 2008 Fit in 1932...just ask em. a 1932 Honda Fit...built completely from NOS OEM 2008 parts...asking $24.5K

Haha! Wow, this really opens the market up!!

That 2006 New Bonneville is a $12-14K bike, tops. Can't even call it a Triton as it does not have a Norton frame. But, I guess folks who assemble a Cobra call it a Cobra even though it is a reproduction. Oh well, to each his own.

The interesting comment is that it's a special one off frame and it's titled as a 64 Atlas. So either the frame was modified (OK) or a new frame was made and the old number transferred (not so OK). Nice bike. The tacho drive conversion isn't a bad interpretation of things we used to do back in the day, but why?

Registering it as an Atlas wouldn't be too hard, and let's face it, he's not the first guy to swap a motor and forget to inform the authorities.

And the price includes shipping to the US.

That is a pretty bike but I ain't paying 5k for anything with rust on it, especially a 2k bike.

Teazer- the key word in his description is "style." He says it is a Featherbed style frame. I read that as repop. The bike is cool and well 'styled' but not a $24,500 bike. I emailed him for some clarification, just for curiosity's sake. Have not heard back yet.

Our local Craigslist, but the forks... just too ridiculous..
