Re: "Cafe Racer" such a loose term! Craigslist "Gem" of the week!
If the engine isn't locked, talking the guy down may be worth fitting that block into something else. Or just finishing it and fucking shit up afterwards.
If I had the spare time, storage space, and mainly money, it could be a wild adventure I guess ;D
Or I could jam the engine in to my 350 frame... now that would be crazy.

a little ironic I'm currently building something just like this. Mine is a 93 gsxr 600 engine in a kawasaki klt250. Stretching the frame 4.5" and building a rear suspension. As the mock up sits it will be 2.5" longer wheel base and 3" more ground clearance than a Honda 250x. This one isn't going to CL though it's for just to play around the house with. Let the hating begin lol

For it's use around the house and shit then as long as you are enjoying the project, go for it! Not like it's an uber rare motor being wasted so who cares?
Almost as confusing as this : "For it's use around the house and shit then as long as you are enjoying the project, go for it! Not like it's an uber rare motor being wasted so who cares?"
